Syncdocs is dead paid now. I was looking for an alternative and found Syncplicity. It's like a hybrid of Syncdocs and Dropbox. It syncs Google Docs and local folders with its online storage. And if you set up both a local and a GD folder to sync with the same folder on Syncplicity, you get 3 automatically updated copies of everything in 3 different places. Cool, isn't it?
